Originally the Lethbridge Junior College, Lethbridge College was established in 1957. Moreover, apart from Lethbridge, the college has other regional campuses. In 2007, after a vote from the Board of Governors, the junior college became Lethbridge College. Furthermore, the college is a member of the Alberta Rural Development Network.
