Oulu University of Applied Sciences (Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu or OAMK) is one of the largest Universities of Applied Sciences in Finland, with over 9,000 students in Oulu, Finland. The university was founded in 1996 and is in Oulu and has branch campuses in Raahe and Oulainen. OAMK has official recognition from the Ministry of Education and Culture of Finland. It is one of Finland’s most attractive universities and is also considered one of the best universities in Finland for international students.

The city center is just a one-hour flight and a train connection away from the Oulu region, the fastest-growing area in Finland. Cultural life in Oulu is also versatile and vibrant. You can visit museums, theaters, concerts, movies, and different musical events.
