Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE) CSC Scholarships 2026 Inviting Foreigner Applicants

Scholarship Information

Eligibility criteria

The DUFE–CSC Scholarship is designed for motivated international students who are ready to take the next step in their academic journey in China. You can consider yourself a strong candidate if you are a non-Chinese citizen in good physical and mental health and are willing to follow Chinese laws, university regulations, and academic standards throughout your studies at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE). For Master’s programs, applicants should hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35 at the time of application. For Doctoral programs, you must hold a Master’s degree and be under 40 years old. A solid academic background and good moral standing are essential, as this scholarship targets students with clear study goals and strong learning potential. Language proficiency is also important—applicants to Chinese-taught programs must meet the HSK Level 5 or higher requirement, while those applying for English-taught programs should submit valid IELTS or TOEFL scores. To maintain fairness, applicants must not be receiving any other scholarships simultaneously. The good news for PhD candidates is that a prior supervisor acceptance letter is not mandatory—DUFE will assign supervisors to eligible doctoral students after a thorough evaluation of their application documents.
