Eligibility criteria
The Romania Government Scholarship is available to non-EU nationals who: Have an academic performance of at least 7/10 (or equivalent ‘Good’ score) in their last graduated school. Submit a complete application with all required documents. Meet specific criteria for their chosen degree program.Are not Romanian citizens or holders of another form of protection in Romania. Are not family members of diplomatic personnel accredited in Romania.
