Scholarship Information

Eligibility criteria

The scholarships are open to postgraduate students who: have been assessed as overseas fee payers, including British passport holders are enrolled to study full-time on campus, starting from the 2024/25 academic year onward. Postgraduate international scholarships are for taught degrees and research programmes are not eligible. Awards are made at the discretion of St Mary’s University. Only offer holders who are successful in securing a scholarship will be notified within six weeks of receiving their offer of study.  Please note that scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis. Candidates who apply for their programme of study early may therefore have a greater opportunity of success. All international scholarship offer holders agree to represent St Mary’s University as an ambassador throughout their degree programme. Ambassadorial activities may include providing testimonials or content for social media and other marketing activities, and participating at University Open Days or international promotional events (in-person or virtually), subject to class timetabling and availability.

Scholarships are financial awards that don't need to be repaid. Scholarships are funds generously donated by individuals or corporations to assist you with the financial challenges of pursuing post-secondary studies.
