Universities in Türkiye require applicants to submit academic transcripts and diplomas from previous education. To apply to study inTurkey, International students have to provide proof of language proficiency in either Turkish or English, depending on the program's language of instruction. For Turkish-taught programs, a TÖMER certificate at minimum B2 level is required, while English programs typically require TOEFL or IELTS scores. Undergraduate applicants need a high school diploma with good academic standing, while master's programs require a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA. Some universities conduct their own entrance examinations, known as YÖS, testing mathematical ability and abstract reasoning. Most institutions require a letter of motivation, reference letters, and a CV.

Intake Sessions

Intake sessions in Türkiye occur in two main periods: Fall (September) and Spring (February). Some universities may also offer additional intakes in Summer (June) or Winter (November). Application deadlines vary by institution, but spring intake applications usually close around June-July, while fall intake deadlines are around October-December.

Student visa After getting an acceptance letter from a university in Türkiye, you’ll need a student visa to enter and study in Türkiye. Single Study Visa Fee 185 € Multiple Entry Visa Fee, 335 € 90 days, after which you’ll need a residence permit.
