Eligibility criteria

Admission in fall 2024 to the Doctor of Laws or Doctorate program at the Graduate School of International Studies; Full-time registration (12 credits) at the time of receiving the scholarship (fall 2024), or have this status recognized by Student Financial Aid. If part-time registration (6 to 11 credits), persons recognized as student parents under the terms of the Policy on Student Parents of Université Laval may be eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide us with the certificate issued by the Registrar's Office by sending it, before April 1, to the following address: bourses@fd.ulaval.ca . Allow 7 business days to obtain this document; Continue doctoral studies on a theme related to the diversity of cultural expressions falling within one of the research areas described above Have an excellent academic record upon admission
