Eligibility criteria
Being in a precarious financial situation At the time of analysis of the admission file: Have submitted a complete admission application to FSA ULaval Never having obtained credits in the targeted program Be registered full-time (or have the status “ Deemed full-time ”) during their first session in their program For admission to a bachelor’s degree program: Have obtained or be in the process of obtaining a college diploma (DEC) from one of Quebec's college establishments or have obtained or be in the process of obtaining their diploma from a secondary establishment (baccalaureate) Have a college performance rating (R rating) of 28 or higher for a program or have an average of 14/20 or more For admission to the second or third cycle: Have obtained or be in the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree or be a graduate of a public university approved by the ministry responsible for higher education in the country of origin. The eligibility of private institutions is assessed during the analysis of the file. Have a minimum program average of 3.50 in their bachelor's program or 3.80 in a master's program or have a general average of 14/20 or more
