Eligibility criteria
The general eligibility criteria that apply can be consulted on the FSA ULaval Admission Scholarship - 2nd cycle (Grouping) page . Special criteria also apply: At the time of submitting the application file: Have a general average of 14/20 and above Be a national of a Maghreb or sub-Saharan African country Be a graduate of a public university approved by the ministry responsible for higher education in the country of origin. The eligibility of private institutions is assessed during the analysis of the file.
