Eligibility criteria

Full-time admission to the master's (thesis or essay) or doctoral program since winter 2024; • Full-time registration (12 credits) at the time of receiving the scholarship (fall 2024), or have this status recognized by Student Financial Aid; • If part-time registration (6 to 11 credits), persons recognized as student parents under the terms of the Université Laval Student Parent Policy may be eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide us with the certificate issued by the Registrar's Office by sending it, before October 1, to the following address: bourses@fd.ulaval.ca . Allow 7 business days to obtain this document; • Be a member in good standing of the Association étudiante des cycles supérieures en droit (AECSDUL) at the time of submitting the application file; • Not hold any other scholarships, with the exception of a pathway scholarship (support for success), a financial precariousness scholarship or any other category of scholarships whose amount is less than $1,000; • Self-identify with at least one of the following equity-seeking groups: o Indigenous people; o Visible minorities; o Ethnic minorities; o Persons with disabilities; o LGBTQ2S+ persons; o Immigrants.
