Eligibility criteria

Be a woman from an emerging country (see the list of emerging countries at the bottom of this sheet); At the time of application, have submitted an application for admission to an eligible program at the Graduate School of International Studies (ESEI) for the fall 2025 session; Hold a minimum average of 3.00 out of 4.33 or "B" (or equivalent), in their most recent bachelor's program, or in the program of the previous cycle; Maintain full-time student status * at Université Laval throughout the study program for which the scholarship was awarded (fall and winter sessions).
