Eligibility criteria

• Full-time registration (12 credits) at the time of receiving the scholarship (fall 2024), or have this status recognized by Student Financial Aid; • If part-time registration (6 to 11 credits), persons recognized as student parents under the terms of the Policy on Student Parents of Université Laval may be eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide us with the certificate issued by the Registrar's Office by sending it to the following address: bourses@fd.ulaval.ca . Allow 7 business days to obtain this document; • Complete master's or doctoral studies in business law, including (but not limited to) issues related to new technologies, innovation and intellectual property; • Have an excellent academic record.
