The amount is not fixed and varies each semester. It depends on the total subsidy received by Masaryk University from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, and the number of eligible students.
Scholarship Information
Eligibility criteria
Must be a full-time student enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral program at Masaryk University. Your permanent address must be located outside the city of Brno. This means it's primarily for students who have to relocate to Brno for their studies. You must be studying your first degree at the given level (e.g., first Bachelor's degree, first Master's degree). You must electronically confirm that you meet the required conditions via the MU Information System (IS MU) within the specified deadlines. You must have a current bank account in Czech currency (CZK) at a bank in the Czech Republic for the payment to be deposited. The grant cannot be awarded in part if a student terminates their studies during a semester before the decision is issued.
