Eligibility criteria
International medical students experiencing financial hardship as a result of unplanned, extraordinary circumstances are encouraged to reach out to their Programme Director for more information on the fund in the first instance. Alternatively, consideration for the award and queries about the award can be sent to intlmed@ucc.ie. Requests to this award will be treated with the strictest of confidence. Unexpected and unplanned events that will be taken into consideration include illness, accident, or bereavement. Students (as defined above) who are already in receipt of a UCC bursary or hardship fund shall be precluded from this fund application.
