Eligibility criteria
Graduate from a high school in a New York City county: Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), Queens or Richmond (Staten Island). Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or other eligible non-citizen who pays the in-state tuition rate. Awarded to students with a high school average of 90 or higher, or the highest combination of academic excellence and extracurricular achievement. Graduate from high school in June 2025 or January 2026 and be accepted for admission to SUNY Plattsburgh main campus.
