Eligibility criteria
Graduate from a high school in one of the eligible counties listed below. See NYC or North Country if your county is not listed below. Awarded to students with a high school average of 90 or higher, or the highest combination of academic excellence and extracurricular achievement. Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or other eligible non-citizen who pays the in-state tuition rate. Graduate from high school in June 2025 or January 2026.
