Eligibility criteria
Candidates receiving a CSC-ECU Scholarship must: meet CSC selection criteria and be successful in receiving CSC scholarship funding; meet all University admission and English proficiency requirements; not be living or working outside the People’s Republic of China at the time of application; and not hold a research doctorate degree or equivalent.
