Eligibility criteria
All full-time, traditional, undergraduate freshmen with a demonstrated Student Aid Index of $5000 or less and a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher, or a minimum 21 ACT or 1060 SAT score; Resident of Tennessee, graduated from an eligible TN high school, and qualify for TN programs, including the HOPE Scholarship, TN Student Assistance Award, and either the HOPE Aspire or HOPE General Assembly Merit Scholarship
