Comets Award in Huskie Women's Hockey

Eligibility criteria

Open to entering or continuing students pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies in any program at the University of Saskatchewan who are members of the Women’s Huskie Hockey Team, as determined by the Award Committee. To receive the award, recipients must use a year of CIS eligibility in the year the award is granted and must have achieved at least the minimum average required under CIS guidelines. Applicants must submit proof that they have played at least one year in the Comets Hockey Program, if applicable. Selection criteria: Selection will be based upon athletic leadership and the ability to contribute to the hockey team, as determined by the Award Committee. Selection of the award recipients will comply with CIS guidelines and University of Saskatchewan award policies.Preference will be given to those who have played at least one year with the Comets Hockey Program. If in any given academic year there are no applicants that meet the Comets Hockey Team preference, the awards committee will grant the award to an applicant that meets all other criteria.
