Eligibility criteria

All full-time domestic and international undergraduate degree students registered in the both the fall and winter terms are eligible to apply. Students registered in part-time studies, Open Studies, or a Graduate degree program are not eligible to apply. Students who begin their studies in winter term (January) are not eligible to apply until the following academic year.
