Eligibility criteria
The student must be: at least 12 years old at the close of applications. There is no fixed upper age limit, but preference may be given to applicants between the ages of 16 - 35; bona fide Deaf/Hard of Hearing people; prepared to sign an undertaking to abide by the Conditions of the Scholarship
