Eligibility criteria
Selection is based on academic merit and an evaluation of the student’s background, leadership qualities, demonstrated grit, perseverance, ability to overcome challenges and financial need. The EWF-INI Fellow is paired with an EWF mentor in a senior leadership role through the EWF Lift Program.
