Newly Admitted MA Students: You must be a newly admitted student to a Master's degree program at AAU. Exceptional Undergraduate Performance (from another institution): You must have graduated in the top 5% of undergraduate graduates from your previous university, or as the best graduate (valedictorian/top student) of your undergraduate program. Proof of Distinction: This outstanding academic performance must be evidenced by a formal certificate or official letter from your previous university that explicitly states your ranking (e.g., "graduated in the top 5% of your class," or "graduated as the best student"). This certificate must be submitted as part of your AAU admissions process. Commitment to Enrollment: Recipients are typically required to commit to remaining enrolled at AAU for a minimum period of two consecutive academic years. Academic Expectations: Once awarded, recipients are expected to maintain satisfactory academic progress (as defined by AAU's Study and Examination Code) to retain the scholarship. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the scholarship being revoked.
