For Bachelor’s Degree Applicants Never previously received a degree at this level Valid identity document or refugee certificate High school completion certificate with transcript (minimum average grade: “Good”) Motivational essay (Kazakh, Russian, or English) One recommendation letter from your school or employer Medical certificate (general fitness & HIV/AIDS test) Application form (Download from the portal) Optional: Letter of Invitation from a Kazakh university.
