Eligibility criteria
First-time applicant at Master’s level, Bachelor’s degree with GPA ≥ 3.0 / 4.0 Motivational essay (Kazakh, Russian, or English) Two recommendation letters Valid identity document Notarized academic transcript with translation (Kazakh, Russian, or English) Health certificates (general & HIV/AIDS) Language proficiency certificate (unless previous studies were in the same language) Accepted Tests & Minimum Scores: IELTS Academic: 5.5+ TOEFL iBT: 46+ TOEFL PBT: 453+ German (DSH/TestDaF): B2 French (DELF/DALF/TCF/TFI): B2 or 50+ pts Chinese (HSK): Level 4 Optional: Letter of Invitation from Kazakh university
