For PhD Applicants First-time applicant at doctoral level Master’s degree with GPA ≥ 3.0 / 4.0 Valid identity document Motivational essay (Kazakh, Russian, or English) Two recommendation letters Academic transcript & notarized translations Health certificates (general & HIV/AIDS) Language certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, DSH, DELF, etc.) Research proposal in Kazakh, Russian, or English Optional: Letter of Invitation from a Kazakh university.
