Eligibility criteria
Eligible students must be: On the non-EU fee rate; In the following for 2025-26: 1-year taught Masters programme (full time) 1 year of a PhD programme (full-time) From a non-EU/non-EEA country. Hold an offer to study at UCD. Scholarship applications without an active offer to study in an eligible program will not be considered.
