Graduate Teaching Assistantship/Fellowship

Eligibility criteria

If appointed, students are required to work up to ten hours a week in some form of teaching assistance. GTAs are only available to students registered full-time in the first two years of studies in Laurentian's graduate Masters program and four years for PhD programs. Should an offer of admission letter indicate eligibility for GTA, it means the student has met the above listed qualifications. The next step is to register for courses in both the Fall and Winter terms of the academic year he or she is admitted to. The value of the GTA is reviewed annually.
