Eligibility criteria
You can apply for the programme, if: you maintain your Hungarian identity, which you demonstrate in your application you have lived minimum 10 years outside Hungary before the submission of your application and have completed the last 4 years of your secondary education in a foreign country you have an address outside Hungary and are a citizen of any country in the world, except for the countries of the European Union, the Republic of Serbia and the Zakarpatska Oblast part of Ukraine you hold a recommendation from a Hungarian diaspora organisation or a Hungarian Diplomatic Representation of the respective country
