Eligibility criteria
To qualify for the Chang’an University Innovation Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements: Be between 18-25 years old and in good health. Hold a valid foreign ordinary passport. Have a high school diploma. Obtain at least 5.5 in IELTS or 68 in TOEFL. Abide by Chinese laws and university regulations.
