Eligibility criteria
Government customs officials from eligible developing countries. Preferably under 35 years of age. Master’s Programs and Five-Year Ph.D. Programs: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Three-Year Ph.D. Programs: Master’s degree or equivalent. Specific eligibility criteria apply to individual scholarships. Check the GRIPS website for detailed information.
