Eligibility criteria
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria: Be a non-Chinese citizen from one of Jinan’s sister cities. Hold a high school diploma (for bachelor’s programs), a bachelor’s degree (for master’s programs), or a master’s degree (for doctoral programs). Maintain good physical and mental health and abide by Chinese laws and regulations. Achieve strong academic performance and avoid violations of school rules. Ensure no other scholarships or grants from the Chinese government are received. Adhere to the admission requirements specified by Shandong University and the Ministry of Education of China.
