Eligibility criteria
1# General Requirements: Applicants must choose and receive confirmation from a Latvian higher education institution (HEI) for their desired study program before applying. Scholarships are awarded for a maximum of two terms during studies. 2# Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s applicants must have completed at least one year of studies. Master’s and PhD applicants are welcome from any HEI background. 3# Additional Notes: Scholarships cannot be combined with other grants. Students must arrange for their own insurance and travel expenses. Scholarships do not fully cover tuition or living costs, and students are advised to budget for additional expenses.
