Scholarship Information

Eligibility criteria

Must be a student who is not a citizen of the Czech Republic. Must be studying a full-time Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree program taught in English (or another foreign language) at one of the participating Prague public universities. Must demonstrate an extraordinary commitment and talent and have contributed to the internationalization of the university environment (e.g., active involvement in research, educational, or other activities benefiting foreign students, helping to disseminate the university's reputation abroad, supporting new international students, etc.). Disciplinary proceedings may not be conducted against the student. In the year the scholarship is awarded, the student must not exceed 36 years of age. Must have complied with all study obligations and obtained a minimum number of credits (e.g., 25 credits by the end of the examination period for a given semester). The student's total study average is typically in the range of 1.00–1.80 (on the Czech grading scale, where 1.00 is excellent).
