OAS–UTEP PAEC Scholarship 2026 Open

Eligibility criteria

To qualify for the OAS–UTEP PAEC Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet all of the following conditions: Admission to UTEP: Must be admitted to a graduate program at UTEP for the Fall 2026 semester. International Student Status: Must be classified as an international student by UTEP. Citizenship or Legal Residency: Must hold a passport from or maintain legal residency in an OAS Member State, including: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, or Venezuela. Special Requirement for Argentina: Applicants residing in Argentina must submit the designated form to Argentina’s National Liaison Office (ONE). Exclusions: The scholarship is not open to: Current OAS Scholarship recipients GS/OAS staff members, consultants, or permanent employees Immediate family members of GS/OAS staff or consultants.
