Scholarship Value
Monthly stipend: €500 – €700 gross (depending on your education level). Housing compensation: €300 (Amsterdam area) or €255 (other locations) if relocating more than 50 km. Travel allowance: Up to €192 if you’re not eligible for free public transport. Paid holidays during the internship. Employee discount on Philips products. Mentorship and training from a diverse, international finance team.

Eligibility criteria
You’re eligible if you: Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Have an interest in IFRS and financial reporting. Are skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably SAP Analysis for Office. Have strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset. Speak and write fluently in English. Are available to work in-person at the Philips Center in Amsterdam at least 3 days a week.
