Eligibility criteria
You must: be admitted to a QUT undergraduate coursework award course in the semester in which you are applying for the Scholarship. Priority will be given to commencing students, however current QUT students are encouraged to apply. students may apply if they have applied to QUT for an undergraduate coursework award course commencing in Semester 2, 2025 and have not yet received an offer of admission. However, an offer for this scholarship will only be made once an unconditional offer of admission has been issued. be an asylum seeker currently holding one of the following visas (which must be 'in effect' at time of application): Temporary Protection visa (Subclass 785) Safe Haven Enterprise visa (Subclass 790) Temporary Humanitarian Concern visa (Subclass 786) Humanitarian Stay (Temporary) visa (Subclass 449) Bridging visa Applicants holding a Bridging visa (A-E) will also need to submit a letter or relevant documentation from a recognised organisation supporting their status as an asylum seeker and must ensure they have Australian study rights whilst holding that visa.
