Social Scholarship
Scholarship Value
The scholarship amount depends on family income and is usually set in two income thresholds – the lower the income, the higher the scholarship amount. It is awarded per semester (4 or 5 months) and paid monthly by bank transfer. The social scholarship may be increased by about PLN 250 in special circumstances, e.g., in the case of a student being an orphan.

Eligibility criteria
For non-Polish citizens, equivalent documents issued in the relevant country are required. For example, in Ukraine, the equivalent of a certificate from the tax office regarding family member income is the certificate issued by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (Державна фіскальна служба України), even in the case of no income. Documents must be submitted with a sworn translation into Polish.
