Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the Steve Ashton Scholarship for the Architectural Profession (SASAP) applicants must: Meet the following criteria: Australian, New Zealand citizen, Permanent Resident or International Student completed an accredited course in Architecture (provide a copy of your testamur or academic transcript) Meet the following enrolment criteria: be a Swinburne student in 2026 enrolled full-time or part-time in an eligible course (see courses eligible in section above) enrolled on campus or online Submit a written statement or short video (no more than 2 minutes) addressing the following points: professional achievements to date any contribution to the architectural community examples of leadership how you would utilise this scholarship to help create a better world. Upload your video to cloud based storage (google drive/one drive/drop box) and provide the link in a MS Word or PDF document. Ensure the video is downloadable by anyone and not access restricted. Provide a copy of your curriculum vitae (max. 2 pages) Membership of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA) would be well regarded, but is not essential.
