Eligibility criteria
The scholarship is open to applicants who: Are citizens of countries eligible under TaiwanICDF cooperation programs Have good academic standing and strong character Meet the health and English proficiency requirements Have never been recipients of a TaiwanICDF scholarship before Are committed to returning home after graduation to contribute to national development.
