Eligibility criteria
To be considered for the TECH Scholarship 2026, you must: Hold an excellent Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant field). Not be an Austrian resident or citizen at the time of application. Have nationality from Europe, South America, or Mexico (eligible country list applies). Be admitted to one of CUAS’s eligible Master’s programs. Not already hold a Master’s degree. Commit to paying tuition fees including the ÖH contribution (payment possible from mid-January 2026).
