Eligibility criteria
Transfer to SUNY Plattsburgh and enroll at SUNY Plattsburgh (main campus or branch campus) for the first time. Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or other eligible non-citizen who pays the in-state tuition rate. Pay a $250 admissions deposit to enroll as a transfer student. Attend full-time at SUNY Plattsburgh’s main campus or branch campus beginning in August 2025, or January 2026, taking 12 or more credits.
