Eligibility criteria
Must be classified as Non-Florida Resident for tuition purposes. Must meet the published waiver application deadlines. This is primarily an admissions merit based waiver program and priority will be given to newly admitted TRANSFER students. Minimum transfer GPA of 3.4.
