Eligibility criteria
Scholarships are available to students transferring from an Iowa community college to begin full-time study in the fall semester of their junior year. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and have graduated from an Iowa high school or been a state resident for at least five consecutive years. Students must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
