Valasi Bleazard Memorial Scholarship in Music

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, you will need to: Be enrolled in 2nd year of the B Music and Performing Arts program with University of Newcastle. Be intending to study on a full-time basis (minimum 60 units per year). Demonstrate academic achievement by having a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 5.0 or higher in your current program. Be female Not be the recipient of another University of Newcastle donor-funded or sponsored scholarship concurrently. Preference may be given to applicants experiencing educational disadvantage such as carer or sole parent responsibilities, financial hardship, a long term medical condition/disability, geographic, or Indigenous Australian, or Refugee status.
