Eligibility criteria
To qualify, applicants must meet the following conditions: Be a non-Chinese citizen under the age of 45 with good physical and mental health. Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least three years of work experience. Belong to one of the following categories: Senior governmental officials (division chief level or higher) Senior management staff of institutions or enterprises Administrative staff of universities and colleges Individuals with relevant work experience or internships in international organizations.
