Romania doesn't have a central application portal. Instead, you apply to individual schools through their websites. The requirements to study in Romania are a valid passport, a completed application form, academic transcripts/certificates, proof of language proficiency (Romanian or English), and a medical certificate, along with other documents depending on the university and visa requirements. Once you arrive in Romania, you must present all of these documents to your school for final enrollment confirmation.

Intake sessions

The academic year commences from October 1 and ends by September 30, which is divided into 2 semesters. The majority of the universities have a summer break between June and September. The application deadlines for universities are in between June for the summer and January-February for the winter.
